This occurs when an existing user's computer was either lost, stolen
or damaged beyond repair. This scenario is implemented similarly
to the "New User" scenario.
Since the computer last used is now gone, there is no way to recover the
data stored on the old computer. However, VRLink Corporation's
Retrieve Archived Orders routine (ddRAO???.fxp) can recover order data that has been delivered to the
vendor.
