This installation occurs when an individual has just been hired or
has been identified to be a new user of VRLink. In this case, the
new user's computer has no version of the program installed for the
vendor. There are cases when an independent sales rep, who rep's
lines for multiple vendors, may have VRLink installed for vendor "A" but
not for vendor "B." The installation of vendor "B's" VRLink, in
this case, would be new.
